This policy applies to all products sold or hired from Wrodtam Ventures (PVT)Ltd through our e-commerce platform, physical stores or delivery partners.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unopened, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Delivery, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Items will be inspected and tested before approval.
Customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Zimbabwe Consumer Protection Act.
Manufacturer warranties apply where available.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Hired goods must be returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
Customers are responsible for loss, theft, misuse, or damage.
Cancellations before dispatch/collection may incur an administration fee.
No refunds for early returns or unused hire time.
Late returns attract daily penalty charges.
Failure to return equipment may result in full replacement costs.
